Welcome to the website for the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists!  This site includes all of the information you need to make plans to attend this year’s meeting.  Please feel free to print and make copies of any items as necessary.

The 96th Annual Session of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists will be meeting June 9-11, 2010, at the Eagle Heights Free Will Baptist Church in Richmond.  Travel information and directions to the hotel can be found here.

Board meetings and youth competitive activities will begin on Wednesday morning June 9, and the formal opening of the Annual Session will begin with the Wednesday evening worship service.  Our keynote speaker will be Rev. Richard Atwood, Director of Missionary Assistance for Free Will Baptist Home Missions.  The tentative meeting schedule for the Annual Session has been posted for worship services and business meetings.  For an overview of all conference activities, please view our draft master schedule in PDF.

Lodging at this year’s State Meeting will be at the Best Western Sugar Land Inn.

Online pre-registration is now closed, but you may still register using one of the attached registration forms and mailing it or e-mailing it to the State Office.  All pre-registration must be completed by May 1 in order to have your information compiled prior to the meeting.  Onsite registration will also be available, but you are encouraged to pre-register if you know that you will attend.  Pre-registration helps us to keep records more efficiently, and pre-registered attendees will have a pre-made nametag at the registration table.

If you will be attending the TWAC dinner on Wednesday evening, please complete the Online Signup Form. There is no charge for the meal and they are inviting all pastors, pastors' wives, and those involved in full-time Christian service and their spouses to the dinner.

If your church has had any directory changes since last year’s State Meeting, please include that in your church’s reporting form so that we can update the directory for the 2010 Yearbook.

Please make plans now to join us in Sugar Land, and feel free to contact this office if you have any questions.
